Yoga

If you are interested in starting regular yoga classes at your workplace then please get in touch. Zoe teaches a variety of styles of yoga and will work with your team to find a style & flow that suits their needs.

 

Natural Therapies & Massage

Bringing the spa to your desk. Zoe is trained in massage, reiki and sound therapy. Mobile massage is a great way for employees to relax. and unwind at work, available for desk, chair or floor massages.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Zoe runs regular workshops for corporate clients based around mindfulness, mediation, relaxation and self care. Teaching tools and techniques for finding some peace of mind in the corporate jungle.

I am new to yoga and my work put on weekly classes with Zoe online at lunchtime. Zoe is an excellent teacher, having to monitor the class through a screen (as we are all over the UK) she guides us through each pose, adjusting us accordingly. She is a calming presence and has a positive and serene nature. I think it's fair to say that I am falling in love with yoga - it helps manage my anxiety and is helping with back issues as well.
