I believe that yoga is far more than just the postures we perform on our yoga mat. Yoga is a way of life. By establishing a rhythmic union of movement and breath I invite students to explore and challenge the relationship between the mind, body and sense of self. Expect a playful and heartfelt teaching style with lots of smiles, laughter and encouragement. With a background in Philosophy, I enjoy weaving thought provoking yogic concepts throughout classes, applying ancient wisdom to modern life in a practical and understandable way.
